이제 국제사회는 인도를 제3 지대의 중심축으로 하여, 핀란드 주도의 EU와 캐나다 주도의 CANZUK 영연방 연합이 새로운 파워축을 결성하게 된다. 거기에 한국이나 일본 주도의 아세안+동북아시아 연합과 중동 연합이 함께하는 구조로 변화할 것.

1. 인류가 인공지능과 함께 안전한 환경에서 미래를 꽃피워 나가기 위해 가장 중요하고 필수적이었던 Global AI Governance에 대한 세계 86개국의 최초 합의가 이루어진 역사적인 순간. 향후 세부적 내용은 각국의 이해관계에 따라 무수히 많은 변화를 거치게 되겠지만, 범국가적 공통 합의를 완성해 나가기 위한 초석이 단단하게 잘 놓였다.
2. 인류는 AI 2.0 시대로 진입할 준비를 마쳐가고 있다. LLM 기반에서 인공지능은 데이터부터 인지능력, 전력, 토큰, 메모리 등 모든 부분에서 많은 제약에 부딪혀 왔지만 AI 2.0 시대가 도래하면, 마침내 기술과 산업이 인류를 위해 꽃피우는 초황금기 르네상스 시대를 맞이하게 될 것이다. 다만 이 결실은 눈앞에 놓인 압도적인 권력에 대한 욕심을 내려놓고 오직 국민을 위한 선택을 끝까지 원칙처럼 고수한 국가들에게만 주어질 보상이 될 것으로 예상된다.

The AI Impact Summit 2026, held in New Delhi on 18–19 February, concluded with the adoption of the New Delhi Declaration on AI Impact, marking a significant milestone in global cooperation on artificial intelligence.
The Declaration has been endorsed by 89 countries and international organisations, reflecting a broad-based global consensus on leveraging AI for economic growth and social good.
A Shared Global Vision for AI
Guided by the principle of “Sarvajan Hitaya, Sarvajan Sukhaya” (Welfare for all, Happiness for all), the Declaration underscores that the benefits of AI must be equitably shared across humanity.
It emphasizes:
